Our Development Strategy

Our company is focused on developing community shopping centers within metropolitan markets where we currently operate or where we believe demand for additional shopping centers exist. Our long-standing tenant relationships, creative marketing capabilities, capital sources and in-house construction and leasing staff allows us to capitalize on attractive development opportunities, including ground-up construction and the value-added redevelopment of existing centers.
