Village Lakes Shopping Center is located on Route 54 east of US Highway 41 in Land O' Lakes, Florida. A re-anchoring of the shopping center is in progress. Recent anchor additions include a 25,750 square foot Beall's Outlet Store and a 15,406 square foot You Fit health club. A lease has also been signed for a 23,864 square foot Ross Dress for Less. The addition of the new anchors will involve an updating of the facade and other aesthetic components of the shopping center designed to reposition Village Lakes as a primary shopping destination in the area.
