Mr. Joel M. Pashcow is Managing Member of Nassau Capital LLC, a real estate and securities investment firm, since April 2006. Former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Atlantic Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust, serving in such position from May 1996 to April 2006. Mr. Pashcow served as our Chairman from 1988 to May 1996.
