Michael McBride

Vice President of Asset Management

Mr. Michael McBride is Vice President of Asset Management. As Vice President of Asset Management, he is responsible for formulating and implementing an asset management strategy to maximize the profitability of the Company's shopping center portfolio while focusing on maintaining and enhancing the value of each property. He is also responsible for the coordination of the Company's value-added initiatives. Mr. McBride has been employed with the Ramco-Gershenson since July of 2007. Prior to joining the Company, he was Vice President of Real Estate and General Counsel for Franks' Nursery & Crafts, Inc. Mr. McBride is a graduate of Albion College in Albion, Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management is a graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law. Professional affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers and the State Bar of Michigan.
