Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE: RPT) is a fully-integrated, self administered, publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The Trust owns, develops, acquires and manages shopping centers located primarily in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. The Trust has a portfolio of 87 shopping centers, of which over 93% are grocery and/or value-oriented anchored, with approximately 19.8 million square feet of gross leasable area located in Michigan, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee. The Company's properties consist of 86 community centers and one regional mall.
